Bridget Carey

Bridget has been an integral member of the Sheahan Group for 15 years. Together with her team members they are recognized as a top 1% producer in Chicago, according to the Chicago Association of Realtors, and have negotiated and closed over $1.4B in real estate. Individually she has been awarded the Five Star Professional Award from 2011 - 2020. 

These accolades and accomplishments are evidence of Bridget’s knowledge and passion for real estate. With her past experience working for developers, Bridget specializes in new construction and the acquisition, design, budgeting, and marketing process. In addition, Bridget works with investment sales and resales. She represents a myriad of luxury real estate and has had her properties have been featured in Crain’s, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Real Estate Daily, Wall Street Journal, Michigan Avenue Magazine and Chicago Agent Magazine, to name a few. 

Bridget was born and raised in Chicago and she is currently raising her family in North Center.  She graduated from the University of Illinois Cum Laude. She is incredibly familiar with the city, the neighborhoods,  the schools, the parks and the landscape of Chicago.  Her geographic areas of expertise include, but are not limited to North Center, Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Old Town, River North and Gold Coast.
