Grace Drapeau

Grace started in Real Estate at the age of 19, as an agent. From there she became a broker, an owner, an investor and everything in between. Grace and her husband Richard have owned over 50 properties throughout her career, she has completed thousands of transactions between herself and her associates. These life experiences give Grace an overall understanding that while this is a transaction to many, it is more than remodeling, investing and even money, it is about helping you find your place in the world.

In 2001, Grace and her husband traveled to Melbourne Beach to visit friends, do a little golfing, and of course Grace planned on doing some shopping. Before the weekend was over, they fell in love with the area and she ended up buying three condos! Not the kind of shopping she expected. They are currently full time residents.

Grace has learned that the market changes, it’s movable, flexible and adaptive, just like Grace.
