Britt Painter

For more than 10 years, Britt has served clients in residential real estate throughout the Greater Austin area. After working as a marketing manager for an Austin-area company for several years, she started her business in real estate at a boutique brokerage in Round Rock and built a loyal client base that launched from her pool of friends and quickly grew from there. She is proud to now be a part of the long-standing and experienced team at Realty Austin Compass and enjoys the ability that the team approach allows her to better serve her clients and grow her business. Britt prides herself on her client-focused approach and walking alongside them through each step of the buying and selling process. Her extensive background in marketing provides her with the skills necessary to read the market and, in turn, to showcase her sellers' listings in a way that appeals to buyer demand. The greatest compliment to her has been watching so many of her clients return to buy or sell with her time and again and refer her to their family and friends. One of Britt's biggest passions is cooking and experimenting with new ideas in the kitchen. Food and family time around the table are a prominent theme in Britt's home. She also loves to spend time outdoors and does just that on a near-daily basis. You can find her walking the Austin trails, watching her son play soccer, hiking in the mountains whenever possible, and shooting hoops with her niece and nephew when they visit!
