Hi, I'm Brittani. An Austin-based real estate advisor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s most important moves.

Since 2014, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers through relocations, upsizing, downsizing, and major life transitions.

My perspective is also shaped by personal experience. I began my career in New Mexico after purchasing my first home before relocating to Austin in 2019. After buying my second home in 2020, I later navigated a strategic downsizing within the city. Going through those transitions myself deepened my understanding of the emotional, financial, and logistical layers that come with big change.

From early planning through negotiation, I help people navigate the many moving parts of buying and selling through a process shaped by years of experience across different markets and price points.

This approach allows my clients to avoid overpaying in competitive markets or underselling in slower ones, while staying in control rather than reacting to the moment.

My listings average 22 days on market with a 101% list-to-sale ratio, reflecting thoughtful preparation, strategic pricing, and strong positioning that allows my sellers to maintain leverage, even in a shifting market.

For buyers, that same approach focuses on structuring strong, competitive offers that protect their position, particularly in multiple-offer situations, often allowing them to stand out and secure favorable terms without overextending on price.
