Growing up in Tanglewood and River Oaks, Brittany attended The Kinkaid School in Memorial. She received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (for Photography), as well as a Business degree from the University of Southern California.
When she isn't serving as a city guru, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, playing tennis, and jogging outdoors. She and her husband are foodies at heart and love checking out new restaurants and events happening around town. Brittany is also passionate about community involvement. She has founded two health-focused organizations: Young at Heart for the American Heart Association and PULSE for Chi St. Luke's Health. She has also chaired and served on committees for a variety of causes including the Bayou Bend Children's Gala, the Bayou Preservation Gala, the Depelchin Children's Center, the Houston Symphony and Urban Green.
