About Brittany
As the Director of Operations for the Kelly Waters Team, Brittany takes pride in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and operational proficiency allow Kelly and the rest of the team to do what they do best: advise clients and help them transition from one stage of life to the next.
Prior to joining the team in 2019, Brittany worked in sales operations for a real estate consultant firm supporting new development projects in NYC. She graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese and spent several years living and working in China, simultaneously connecting the real estate worlds of New York and Beijing as a referral agent.
Brittany is passionate about her team and the clients they serve. She lives in the Hudson Valley and enjoys hiking with her hound dog, playing the piano and teaching Mandarin.
