Brittany Trent

Real estate has been Brittany’s passion from the beginning! Originally from the Lake Geneva/Delavan area and now residing in West Madison, she has always loved the communities and charm that Southern Wisconsin has to offer.

She attended UW-Whitewater where she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance with a real estate emphasis. Before becoming a Realtor, Brittany built a strong foundation in the industry through roles in property management and title services, where she supported hundreds of buyers and sellers at the closing table—reviewing liens, preparing settlement statements, managing transactions, and ensuring every detail was handled smoothly.

Previously, Brittany was a member of the top-producing team at Keller Williams Madison. She also volunteered as a 2025 Board Member for the Women’s Council of Realtors in Madison. Today, Brittany is a full-time residential Realtor with Compass serving Greater Madison, Lake Geneva, and surrounding areas. She specializes in guiding her clients through the real estate process with clarity and care. 

For sellers: Brittany believes listing a home is not the same as truly marketing a home. She takes pride in presentation, thoughtful marketing, and creating a strategy that helps each property stand out. From professional photography and videography to staging recommendations, professional cleaning, social media promotion, and open houses, every detail is considered to showcase your home in its best light and maximize exposure. Just as importantly, Brittany prioritizes communication throughout the process, keeping sellers informed with regular updates, feedback, and insights as their home is marketed. Her goal is to provide a hands-on, personalized experience so you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

For buyers: Brittany takes a hands-on, personalized approach to helping buyers find a home that fits their needs, lifestyle, and goals. She believes the process should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and prioritizes clear communication, education, and guidance every step of the way. Before showings begin, Brittany starts with a buyer consultation over coffee where clients can get to know her, ask questions about her process and the local market, discuss their goals, and create a plan for their home search. From navigating offers and negotiations to coordinating inspections and preparing for closing, Brittany is there to provide guidance, answer questions, and help buyers feel informed and confident from the first conversation to the moment they get the keys.

Outside of real estate, Brittany enjoys exploring local farmers’ markets, meeting friends for coffee, and unwinding with a good yoga class!
