Brittany Verschaetse

After pursuing a degree in interior design at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago, Brittany moved back to her home state of Minnesota, where she completed her Appraiser Trainee apprenticeship and became a Certified Residential Appraiser. Since acquiring her certification in 2014, she has worked for multiple appraisal companies, building client relationships and her own clientele base as a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. In 2016, Brittany opened BMV Appraisal Company (now BMV Real Estate), and since then she has enjoyed the collaboration of real estate and entrepreneurship!

In 2023, Brittany knew she had more to offer! Having read over thousands of purchase agreements, sworn construction statements, plans + specifications & stepping foot in thousands of homes, Brittany knew she wanted to help her family and friends using this knowledge. Brittany earned her REALTOR® license and feels these specific tools are what set her apart from many others making any real estate process unique to her client(s).

Brittany is married to her husband, Sam, and together they have two children, Violet & Noah. They spend most of their free time golfing, trying new restaurants and breweries and are active parishioners at their children’s school & church.
