About Brooke Ann

For nearly three decades, Brooke has called Princeton home—living, investing, building, renovating, and helping shape the community she deeply loves. Few agents in Princeton bring her level of hands-on experience with zoning, buildable value, construction, renovation, and long-term investment strategy. Brooke has personally completed numerous projects including full-scale renovations, new construction, subdivisions, historic preservation approvals, and the management of both long-term rentals and Airbnb properties. She understands—in a way only a seasoned builder and investor can—how to evaluate a property’s true potential.

Brooke’s passion for real estate was inspired early in life by her father’s work restoring historic buildings in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Following in his footsteps, she has spent more than a decade transforming distressed Princeton homes into beautifully reimagined spaces. That practical knowledge, combined with 27 years of living in Princeton and raising four children in the town’s Public and Charter Schools, gives her an unparalleled understanding of local neighborhoods, regulations, and market dynamics.

Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, Brooke founded, built, and sold a successful high-school sports fundraising company she ran for 17 years. With a degree in Accounting and a strong background in the arts, she blends analytical rigor with creativity—enabling her to spot opportunities, solve complex property challenges, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Whether evaluating buildable potential, maximizing the value of a sale, identifying the right investment property, or helping buyers imagine what a home could become, Brooke brings the insight of a builder, the discipline of an investor, and the care of a long-time Princeton resident.

Supported by a dedicated team, she is committed to helping clients navigate every step of the process—and to making even the most complex real estate decisions feel simple, strategic, and informed.
