About Brooke

As a Nashville native, Brooke Durr has watched this city experience exponential growth. Her in-depth market knowledge ensures she not only knows the ins and outs of this city, but the history behind it. As an established Realtor, she is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS and Greater Nashville REALTORS since 2019.

It’s no secret that buying and selling a home can be emotional, overwhelming and confusing. Brooke’s unprecedented approach to customer service, combined with her trustworthiness, dedication, confident negotiating skills, and persistence to fulfill her clients' needs, guarantees a positive experience for all who work with her.

After receiving a Business degree from University of Alabama, she found herself eager to get back to her Nashville roots. The early part of her career brought her down multiple avenues of commercial real estate. From Class A office property management and leasing, to retail leasing, and working for one of Nashville’s top commercial developers, she has been fully immersed in Nashville’s real estate.

Brooke and her husband, Elliott, reside in the West Meade neighborhood with their twins, Booth (2) and Piper (2). If you can't find them out-and-about town, or walking the Richland Creek Greenway, you can usually find them on one of Nashville’s outdoor patios meeting friends for cocktails and dinner, or hosting their own dinner parties (usually revolving around sporting events).
