Hi, I’m Frances Brooke Korkut and I go by my middle name, Brooke. I’m a proud East Bay native and Realtor with a deep love for helping people. I ensure my clients make smart and empowered moves in a competitive market.
Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013, I’ve built my business on the values I was raised with service, integrity, authenticity, and tenacity. Growing up in a community of entrepreneurs, I learned early on the power of taking massive action to build the life and home you want.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked extensively not just in residential and multi-family sales, but also in property management, leasing, and income-producing property transactions. This full-spectrum experience allows me to offer valuable insights to everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
I’m passionate about education and staying current with market data, and I believe that knowledge is the ultimate advantage in real estate. I spend a lot of time studying trends, understanding neighborhood shifts, and making sure my clients are always in the know and ahead of the curve.
