Brooke Murphy

Fourth-generation Palm Beacher and lifelong resident, Brooke Murphy serves her clients with hyper local, in-depth knowledge of the community and the market, invaluable long term connections, absolute discretion, and a keen eye for opportunity. 

Brooke’s professional background over the last decade is in both residential and commercial real estate throughout Palm Beach County. Prior to joining Compass, Brooke worked in a vertically-integrated commercial real estate company, headquartered in downtown West Palm Beach, which resulted in a comprehensive knowledge of the various facets of commercial investment and management. 

Today, Brooke and her business Partner, Kyle Blackmon, lead a highly-driven team of five agents and are deeply passionate about serving their discerning clientele in South Florida. The team has completed over $350M in sales volume, including a number of important off-market and record-breaking transactions.  Kyle and Brooke have recently sold at The Bristol, The Winthrop House, and other top condominiums in the Palm Beaches. 

Outside of real estate, Brooke is an active volunteer and supporter of many local charities including the American Cancer Association, Four Arts Society, Boys and Girls Club, and the Palm Beach Zoo. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Media Communications. Brooke dedicates her free time to family, cooking, tennis, golf and enjoying all that the Palm Beach lifestyle has to offer.
