Brooke Nicholson, third-generation Native Nashvillian, brings over seven years of residential real estate and new construction experience along with over ten years of commercial real estate and property management experience. She has extensive knowledge in the area of "green" building and took 1.5 million SF of Class A Commercial office space through the LEED EB certification process as the Project manager, obtaining Gold and Silver certification throughout the portfolio. She has in-depth knowledge and affinity for Nashville and the Middle Tennessee area. She has a keen understanding of the past and grasp of the future of our city and has a passion to help individuals and families find their perfect home.
