Brooke Zannino

Brooke is a licensed real estate agent serving the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. areas. A native of Northern Virginia and the daughter of an entrepreneur, Brooke brings local expertise and professional insight to her clients. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from George Mason University, which equips her with the skills to effectively serve diverse individuals.

Brooke has a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers succeed, particularly in multiple-offer situations, by leveraging her thorough understanding of contracts, market trends, and data driven decision making, while always keeping her clients’ goals at the forefront.

Highly involved in the real estate community, Brooke has served with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® on the Young Professionals Network, CARES Committee, Northern Virginia Realtors® Political Action Committee (NVRPAC), and is a graduate of The Leadership Institute. At the state level, she contributes her time and expertise as a member of the Virginia Realtors® Professional Development Committee. These roles reflect her commitment to ongoing education, ethical leadership, and advocating for both her clients and the industry as a whole.

Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and hands on approach, Brooke prides herself on building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource before, during, and long after the transaction. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog Sweet Pea, attending pilates and spin classes, and discovering new local restaurants, staying connected to the community she loves to call home.
