Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Brooks brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Political Science, Brooks has spent the last decade watching Nashville transform, now calling the vibrant Gulch neighborhood home.
