Bruce has lived in the Nashville area all his life so he is very familiar with many parts of the mid-state. He graduated college from Middle Tennessee State University and currently lives in Williamson County. Bruce has always loved real estate. His first investment was a small home that he bought when he was 19 years old. His grandfather co-signed the note and he flipped it for a profit months later.
Bruce obtained his real estate license in 1996. His sales consistently rank in the top 1-3% of all middle Tennessee agents each year. In addition to listing residential properties and representing buyers, he is a real estate venture capitalist. He finances the building of multiple homes plus he is part of a syndicated group of investors. The group is currently involved with a luxury home development in Franklin, TN called the Preserve at Echo Estates. This development consists of 42 luxury estate lots with lot prices ranging from $190k’s to the lower $300k’s.
Bruce also represents and provides advice for real estate investors plus his own and manages several residential rental units. He provides his clients with prompt informative replies to their e-mails, calls, and texts. This is why over 80% of his business comes from past clients and client referrals.
