About Bruce
Bruce brings 25+ years of entrepreneurship and deep neighborhood expertise to
residential real estate in Brownstone Brooklyn. As co-founder of Gotham Project, an
industry-disrupting zero waste wine company, featured in The New York Times, Wine
Spectator, and The Wall Street Journal, he served as a trusted advisor to his clients
which included many of the country’s top restaurants.
His real estate foundation runs deep. Bruce has successfully managed multiple property transactions, including the acquisition, development, and sale of a premium vineyard estate on Long Island's North Fork. Following a family tradition in real estate sales and development, he now applies his skills to identify exceptional opportunities and guide clients through the key decision points of complex transactions.
A Brownstone Brooklyn resident since 1995, Bruce has lived in Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and Park Slope, where he's resided since 2003. As a condo board member and neighborhood enthusiast, he possesses intimate knowledge of Brooklyn's architectural heritage, evolving market dynamics, and restaurants. His passion for discovering hidden gems—whether wine regions or exceptional properties—drives his commitment to helping clients find their dream home.
Bruce holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he received investment from the Lang Venture Fund, and a BA in History from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Park Slope with his wife and daughter, and enjoys traveling and open water swimming.
