Bruce Whale

Bruce was born and raised in South Africa where he studied Geology and Marine Biology at University of Port Elizabeth and University of the Witwatersrand. He worked as an advertising photographer and in marketing before leaving South Africa in 1996. Bruce lived in various countries in Europe before moving to the USA. He spent three years at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California before relocating to Kauai, where he has been an Architectural Designer for fifteen years. He has designed and project managed the construction of most of his 85+ projects he has worked on. In 2009 he teamed up with Malia Powers and together they make the most dynamic sales team on Kauai. The collaboration has brought together the most unique combination of skills available to real estate clients. Extensive land management knowledge and unsurpassed levels of experience and personal attention are what we offer our valued clients. Bruce lives on Kauai where he continues his love of the ocean, marathon running, road cycling and traveling, mostly on trips to Palau.
