With over 25 years of experience and more than $1 billion in career sales, Bryan is a highly respected leader in South Florida real estate, known for his discretion, market intelligence, and ability to navigate complex, high-value transactions. As the founder of The Halda Group, he has built a distinguished reputation advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international investors, and prominent clientele across luxury residential and confidential off-market opportunities.

A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)—awarded by the Residential Real Estate Council and representing the top 3–4% of Realtors nationwide—Bryan brings advanced training, proven high-volume transaction experience, and a steadfast commitment to professional excellence. He pairs this elite designation with a boutique advisory approach, now enhanced by the innovation, technology, and global reach of Compass.

Throughout his career, Bryan has represented a diverse and high-profile clientele, including entrepreneurs, family offices, hedge fund principals, and notable public figures. His experience includes consulting assignments connected to former First Lady Nancy Reagan, members of the Saudi Royal Family, and internationally recognized individuals such as Mariah Carey, Post Malone, Alan Faena, Jack Nicholson, and Kate Hudson—each requiring the highest level of confidentiality, precision, and execution.

Bryan previously served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Robert Keith Gray, a prominent Washington statesman and former Cabinet Secretary under President Dwight D. Eisenhower. He also acted as Gray’s exclusive in-house real estate advisor, further refining his expertise in negotiation, diplomacy, and client stewardship at the highest levels.

In addition to his brokerage career, Bryan has participated in strategic land assemblage initiatives in South Florida alongside federal partners and development groups. His work included the identification and coordination of multiple parcels connected to U.S. General Services Administration and Department of Homeland Security initiatives, including projects related to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services—transactions requiring exceptional discretion and sophistication.

Beyond brokerage, Bryan has been involved in development through Halda Developer’s Second Wind Properties, where he created Azure Ocean Villas—a boutique luxury community on approximately 20 acres on the island of Eleuthera in The Bahamas, comprised of 20 private villas designed for refined island living.

Bryan specializes in luxury waterfront estates, high-end condominiums, development opportunities, and investment acquisitions throughout Miami Beach, North Bay Village, the Upper East Side, and surrounding markets, with additional reach into Palm Beach, Los Angeles, and other premier destinations.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida, bringing a unique, strategic perspective to negotiation and client advisory.
