About Bryan
Bryan's goal is to serve his buyer, seller, and investor clients by being their trusted advisor for one of the most important investments in their lifetime. His negotiating skills learned from 30 years of experience in sales, and his expert knowledge of the real estate market ensures he exceeds his client’s expectations.

Bryan’s background in sales and client-centric focus helps his clients get the best deals in Denver. His goal is to serve his clients by keeping an open line of communication. He previews other homes for sale in the neighborhood to ensure that pricing is competitive and does the full market analysis. Using a proven Home Selling System including professional photography, open houses, internet property marketing, social media advertising, and staging helps the selling process go smoothly.

For buyers, he believes strongly in educating the client on what to expect during the home buying process, helping them determine what their goals and priorities are and what price point works with their budget. He goes above and beyond for all of his clients because he truly cares about their needs and interests.

When Bryan has time for some R&R, he enjoys music, concerts, golf, scuba diving and board games.  He is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Notre Dame Football, Manchester United, Avalanche and Rockies.  Bryan and his wife Stacey also hope their young son Austin will enjoy travel, music and sports as much as they do.
