Client Testimonials
★★★★★

"Bryan is PHENOMENAL. The obstacles of COVID-19 and all the rules and regulations didn't slow or hinder Bryan getting the job done. He's genuine and trustworthy. This is the first time I have ever sold a house and from day one, Bryan was on my team. He is respectful, communicative and knowledgeable. He listened well and honored what I wanted. He clearly laid out options for the many decisions that needed to be made. He provided pros and gave wise advice. He was thorough, good with detail, worked extremely hard and went way above and beyond my expectations. He negotiated well and sold my house at a higher price than listed. I highly recommend Bryan!" - ltamura5

"Bryan was an excellent agent for us. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He clearly explained the entire process to us (first time home buyers). He was patient as we attended several viewings. He was always responsive, whether it was via email or phone. His great advice and negotiation skill landed us an excellent deal on us current home. We highly recommend Bryan and would definitely use him for any future potential real estate transactions." - lawrencehsiung

About Bryan

Hey there! I'm Bryan, a true-blue (let’s go Dodgers) Angeleno and fourth-gen Japanese American. As a proud product of Culver City public schools, this city has been my playground for most of my life. After high school, I jetted off to the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I fell hard for the great outdoors. But let's be real, LA's endless summers, diversity, and food culture are unbeatable, so I returned after graduation.

I spent my first career in advertising, working for noteworthy clients like Lexus, Honda, 20th Century Fox, and DreamWorks. But as fun as it was, I eventually realized I wanted to do something where I could directly work and help people. That's when I decided to get my real estate license, which may be in my blood—my grandfather has been buying and selling properties in West LA since the end of World War II.

Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2014, I've had the pleasure of helping people buy and sell homes all over LA—from Long Beach to Sherman Oaks and Santa Monica to Los Feliz. In these unique times, trust is everything. Lucky for you, I'm fact-based, nimble, hardworking, and will always put your needs first. So, let's chat!
