★★★★★"Bryan was incredible. Extremely professional, caring, and approachable. He was available night and day, and was always on top of what needed to be done. He oversaw in-person inspections when we weren't able to attend due to work and was always willing to go the extra mile. Couldn't recommend Bryan enough, he was very pleasant to work with and he always had our best interests in mind. We've found our Real Estate agent for life!"
★★★★★"Bryan was fantastic at every step of our first home purchase. He has a project manager background and it really smoothed out the process. Bryan never rushed us when we were in the house hunting/browsing phase, which a lot of friends complained their agents did when they bought houses. Instead, he let us move at our own pace, answering and re-answering every question- even dumb ones. But once we zeroed in on THE HOUSE, his project manager instinct kicked in. Bryan gave us a Google spreadsheet listing every deliverable including timing, stakeholders, inspections, signatures, etc. The sellers, professional flippers mind you, were caught off guard at how quickly and easily we moved through each of our required steps in this Byzantine process. Here's the only downside: since we're never moving out of our dream home, we can't work with Bryan again. On the upside, that's more free time for him to work for you."
★★★★★"Can't recommend Bryan enough! He just helped me close on my condo last month and the process could not have gone smoother. This was my first purchase and got exactly what I was looking for. I first started talking to Bryan last year when I just in preliminary stages of looking in anticipation of a relocation from Texas. He had me fill out a checklist of what I was looking for and gave me the info I needed without any pressure whatsoever. Over the next 6mos He was a valuable resource for local knowledge and clearly had his finger on the pulse of the market. He always available and was never pushy. When we found a condo that matched my checklist he guided me through every step from putting together a compelling offer package that beat out six other bidders all the way to close in ~30 days. Throughout the process he was highly organized always responsive, polite, and fun to work with. Another bonus is that because he grew up in the area and works a steady stream of deals Bryan has a deep network of honest partners he can connect you with. He set me up with a mortgage broker, coordinated interviews with contractors for my remodel and I couldn't be happier with the one I selected... Being new to the are he even hooked me up with a CPA and dentist! If you are looking for an outstanding realtor and an overall great person look no further Bryan is your guy.

Hi, my name is Bryan. I’d like to meet you in this moment and share a little bit about myself.
I'm a native Angeleno, a proud Yonsei (fourth-generation Japanese American) and an equally proud graduate of the Culver City public school system. I went to college at the University of Colorado at Boulder where I fell in love with the active, outdoor lifestyle. But there's a lot to do in Southern California too, and so, after graduating, I came right back to our beaches, hiking trails, endless summers and Insta worthy sunsets.
I had a first career in advertising, where I was lucky enough to work at several acclaimed agencies on well-known brands like Lexus, Honda, 20th Century Fox and Dreamwork Studios. In a sign of things to come, I also worked with several local and national real estate developers.
Advertising was a lot of fun and I made tons of great friends, but I ultimately realized that I like helping people more than products. And maybe real estate is in my blood. My grandfather, now well into his 90’s, started buying and selling real estate in West LA right after World War II and still actively manages smaller apartment buildings that have been in the family for more than 70 years.
So, in 2014, I obtained my real estate license. When I started, I expected I would work pretty much exclusively on the Westside, an area I know so well. But in practice my work has taken me all over the greater Los Angeles area, helping people buy and sell properties from Long Beach to Sherman Oaks, from Santa Monica to Los Feliz.
During these challenging times, it is more important than ever to work with experts that are fact based, agile, hardworking and will always put you first. If that’s something you’re looking for, then I’d love to talk to you!
