Bryan Pacholski is a senior executive leader, retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, and organizational strategist with experience spanning military operations, large-scale sales leadership, business development, and transformational leadership.
He currently serves as the Senior Managing Director for Compass in Dallas Fort Worth, helping lead one of the top-performing residential real estate brokerage operations in Texas. His work includes executive sales leadership, organizational growth, recruiting, leadership development, operational strategy, and agent performance across a large-scale network responsible for billions in residential sales volume.
Before transitioning fully into the private sector, Bryan served 22 years in the United States Army as a Military Police leader, retiring as an Operations Sergeant Major responsible for multi-company operational readiness, leadership coordination, and strategic execution.
Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Lourdes University, and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. His leadership style is rooted in servant leadership, accountability, operational clarity, and people-first development.
