About Bryan
Bryan Welch is a second-generation real estate professional with a family legacy spanning more than 50 years in the business.
Before real estate, Bryan built his career (and plenty of biceps) as a personal trainer—helping people push past their limits, master discipline, and achieve their goals. Today, he brings that same drive, focus, and “people-first” mindset to every client and transaction.
As Team Leader of Welch Estates powered by Compass, Bryan heads a powerhouse team of six licensed agents—including his brothers, Alex and Andrew—along with an exceptional support staff that keeps the operation running seamlessly. In 2024, his wife, Celine, joined the team full-time as Operations Manager after five years as an escrow officer, where she successfully managed over 1,000 escrows. Her deep expertise in contracts, timelines, and communication has elevated the team’s precision and client experience to new heights.
Bryan specializes in Hollywood Hills, Studio City, Beverly Hills, and the Santa Clarita Valley, representing clients across a diverse range of properties—from first-time homes to spectacular $10M estates.
