Bryan Wickmann

Bryan and his wife, Grace, moved from Marco Island, Florida to the Nashville area in 2014. The move proved to be a natural fit - Bryan was deeply rooted in the music industry at the time, while Grace felt immediately at home in Tennessee after being raised in Virginia.

Bryan spent more than 20 years in the music industry, working across instrument design and manufacturing, graphic design, artist relations, and touring internationally as a guitarist. Most recently, he transitioned from serving as Marketing Director for a world-renowned instrument manufacturer to pursuing real estate - a longtime passion shaped by growing up around his family’s real estate business.

Having lived across the United States and visited all 50 states, Bryan is proud to now call Tennessee home. He and Grace are raising their three children—Basil, Faine, and Phaedra - in the Mount Juliet area and attend the newly formed 109 Church of Christ. They were drawn to the Nashville region for its strong sense of community, Southern hospitality, and the exceptional school systems in Wilson County.

Through his background in marketing and artist relations, Bryan brings a deep appreciation for clear communication, thorough research, and lifelong relationships. He applies those principles to every real estate transaction, helping clients confidently buy their next home or strategically sell for their next opportunity.
