Born and raised in Orange County, Bryce offers intimate knowledge of the local landscape and all the southern California lifestyle has to offer. A graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, Bryce returned to southern California and worked with start-up companies specializing in the real estate investment arena. Bryce is well versed in working with Real Estate investors, enjoying the process of identifying and acquiring suitable properties. A niche he is also well-versed in is the growing popularity of vacation rental investment properties covering Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and our local desert communities.
