I started working with Bryce in 2017 to look for a row home in Philadelphia. Bryce was extremely patient with me throughout our search which lasted almost a year – we even went out to look at houses during a snow blizzard. By the end of it, he knew better than I what my likes and dislikes are. I was looking to sell my house quickly - my wife was pregnant and due within the month - but was adamant about getting the full value of the house. Bryce was stellar on both fronts.
