"A big Mahalo to Bryn Bailey and her team at Luva Real-estate. Prior to deciding to buy a home in Kona, I asked Lynell Green who is my sister/broker/realtor for the past 20+ years to find me a realtor in Kailua-Kona that would be a good fit for me. She called and spoke to several brokers and realtors on the island and narrowed it down to Brynn Bailey. Brynn was wonderful and went above and beyond the call to keep me informed and updated throughout the process. I wanted to share a little story. There is a small road that cuts through the property that my friend and I were responsible for naming. We submitted the name āHoāina Roadā which means āto return/to greetā and it was approved. Since I am returning home to Hawaii after 30+ years, this name spoke to my heart. Brynn Bailey surprised me with a road sign gift, made with the new street name. The perfect ending to this story is that I closed escrow earlier than expected, and when I flew out to Kona, I had the opportunity to meet Brynn and she is an amazing person. "We accidentally found Brynn Bailey as we started our search for property for sale on the Big Island of Hawaii. And we are SO glad that we did. Her website allowed us to select filters and areas and to view homes that were for sale that matched our search criteria. And even after closing, she has been able to assist us with information about shipping and moving companies. So, I just can't say enough good things about Brynn... professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and now not only do we have our new 'dream home', we also have new friend that we stay in contact with as we start our new life in the slice of paradise that she help make possible for us. We whole heartly recommend Brynn Bailey to anyone in need of any real estate services. She gets an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 in our book !!
