About Burt
Burt is proud to be a native San Franciscan. He attended San Francisco State University where he met his wife of twenty years, Melinda. They now enjoy life with two daughters, Ashley and Candice, and their dog, Sonny.

Burt has been working in the real estate industry since the early 1990s. He started his career by working overseas in an Indonesian property development firm. In 1996, he moved his family back to San Francisco and obtained his California Real Estate License. Since then he has completed over 100 sales transactions. From experience, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge in all categories of real estate and has familiarized himself with the many sub-markets in the Bay Area. Burt enjoys his work in real estate, but especially likes working with investors on commercial properties.

His major strengths are his patience, his ability to solve problems, and his ā€˜think-outside-the-boxā€™ mentality, which makes him a successful agent. When he is not putting a deal together, Burt can be found on the golf course in the pursuit of the elusive ā€˜perfect roundā€™.
