With deep roots in the construction industry, my perspective as a licensed South
Carolina Builder and REALTOR® has been shaped by generations of family
craftsmanship. My passion for building began with the homes constructed by my
great-grandfather, who owned and operated a pine sawmill in eastern North Carolina,
supplying quality lumber throughout the region. Growing up around construction
fostered a deep appreciation for quality, attention to detail, and timeless design.

For more than 25 years, I have specialized in building and renovating luxury custom
homes throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry. As both builder and REALTOR®, I
offer a rare combination of construction expertise and market knowledge that few real
estate professionals can match.

My extensive experience managing high-end residential projects gives clients valuable
insight that extends far beyond a traditional real estate transaction. Whether evaluating
a property's renovation potential, design possibilities, structural integrity, construction
quality, or long-term resale value, I can help a client determine whether a property is

When Byron is not overseeing jobs onsite or helping clients navigate the real estate
market, you can find him at the beach or on the boat fishing with his wife and two kids
and their Springer Spaniel.
