I worked with Jenny for a couple transactions back in 2020 and 2021. She helped me sell a condo in Millbrae. She got the places prepped up in less than a week with her team to put on the market. We got multiple offers in just 7 days and we accepted an all cash offer. When Jenny helped me with the purchase of an investment property, she was very responsive, patient and she successfully negotiated a deal for me. She was resourceful and connected me with the right lender to lock in a very good rate for me. This year she represented me as a buyer. However, even though the sale was not successful due to finding out an issue for the property, Jenny helped me through the process to get my deposit back.
