I first met Torri Simons in 2020 after I had become dissatisfied with the realtor with whom I was considering for listing my home. It was suggested by a friend that I interview other realtors and Torri was one of two other realtors I interviewed. I was immediately struck by her positive attitude and clear presentation of what I could expect from listing my house with her. I liked her ‘can do’ approach and felt she would be someone I could trust to work for my best interest and not just that quick sale. My decision to work with Torri proved to be a smart choice as Torri not only priced my home at a more realistic price but it was also higher than the original realtor was suggesting. Torri was also very astute in showing my home which was at a challenging time because it was at the very beginning of the Covid Pandemic. We received an offer right away and since everything looked very promising, I had already begun the process of buying a replacement home. Some problems did arise with the prospective buyer and the negotiations fell apart. The very night we learned of the problem, Torri remembered another couple who had really wanted my house and immediately contacted their realtor who said the couple was planning to come to my area the next day to continue their search but upon finding out my house was back on the market they made an offer that night and it was a full price offer without any hitches or glitches. Torri’s timing and follow-through was impeccable. I attribute the success of selling my home in such a difficult time to Torri's tenacity and perseverance and also to her hard-work ethic and loyalty to her client.
