Alex Hayes has provided her clients with over 25 years of impeccable customer service, project management, strategic & targeted marketing, and master sales negotiation skills. Prior to launching her career in real estate, Alex managed sales and event planning for corporate and private clients located in Los Angeles, Manhattan, Paris, Washington D.C., & Seattle.

Committed to excellence, customer service and professionalism for over 27 years in the business world, Alex understands the challenges, emotions and successes involved in finding her clients' dream homes. Dedicated to bringing positive results for her clients, Alex attentively listens and creatively collaborates with her clients to achieve their goals no matter how lofty. Alex is a resourceful visionary always anticipating the details and her clients' needs.

Alex's passion for managing events and overseeing staff was rewarding as she combined her love of working with people with her expert eye for detail while consistently striving to exceeding her clients expectations.

Born in North Carolina, Alex exudes warmth, enthusiasm and a willingness to work tenaciously to advocate on her clients' behalf. Combining hospitality and sales management while anticipating the needs of her clients, has prepared Alex for the challenging yet exciting world of luxury real estate.

Alex currently supports and serves on various social and business committees; including Mary's Place, Center for Spiritual Living (CSL), Habitat for Humanity, and the Seattle Animal Shelter. Miss Hayes resides in Seattle with her Toodle (Terrier/Poodle), Nala and the newest addition to her family, 'Charli' (Charlotte), a Foxy mix of Papillon & Long Hair Chihuahua (both dogs were rescued). When Alex is not working she loves to do yoga, run, garden, and go for walks with her dogs. Alex is involved with her local community church and enjoys volunteering her time & efforts throughout the greater Seattle area with animal shelters & shelters assisting women & children, (The Seattle Animal Shelter, Mary's Place & Seattle Children's Home).
