Jennifer was AMAZING to work with! We had a pretty tight schedule and with the market not being a "sellers" and she explored every avenue available to ensure our home sold in 45 days. From the start, she worked with our busy work schedules and ensured we had a full understanding of the sales plan. She walked us through the steps she was taking to get us good exposure and provided us with a detailed binder outlining the current market in our neighborhood, open house dates, photo shoot dates (which took place within the first week of us telling her we wanted to sell) and went as far as finding a program that offers a buy-down option for rates to help market to any potential buyers who were interested but turned off by the absurd interest rates that were currently available. We received weekly reports on the property which gave us an idea of what platforms were receiving the most views, and she even went door to door on multiple occasions and hosted a "neighborhood BBQ" to capture any foot traffic in the neighborhood. As you know, selling a home, buying a home, and moving is stressful enough, but doing all of these in a non-sellers' market and on a time restraint made it an extremely stressful process, but Jennifer took as much stress off us as humanly possibles every step of the way. We unfortunately had an investor fall through within 48 hours of closing, (which we knew was a risk) but thankfully we went to contract within a week and closed within 24 hours. I don't know about you but being able to continue to run your own business and have someone like Jen ensuring your best interests are always her top priority every step of the way just puts you at ease! We can't thank her enough and are so excited to be moved into our new home and able to relax now that our previous property is sold! Did I mention we even profited! Thank you, Jennifer, for all you did!

Jen made the rental search an absolute breeze and pleasure. Itās not easy anymore to find good deals on property in Austin, and everyoneās needs are going to be different. Rather than jump to conclusions, Jen did what any experienced agent does. She asked for my needs and constraints, remained vigilant and creative in looking for options that met them, and tweaked the search parameters when I had to make slight adjustments to what I needed. Jennifer was everything we needed as first time home buyers and more. She was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating on our home search. Most importantly - she helped us negotiate some major savings. My husband and I were eager to find our first home and stop renting. She helped us search for our perfect home in both the summer of '22 and winter of '23 as we navigated different demand and local trends. Jennifer always shared valuable information when viewing homes where her years of real estate experience really shined through. She was sure to have our questions answered and get any supporting docs (inspections, solar info, MUDs, taxes, etc.) that are relevant to each home. She was available around our work hours on evenings on weekends for showings and calls/texts to us and the seller's agent. When we found "the one" - everything from the contract to closing went very smoothly. Jennifer helped us negotiate a seller paid interest rate buy down (which helped us get a 30 year fixed rate 2% lower than the market rates), the seller's solar loan payoff, title fees paid by seller AND the house appraised $40k over the contract value. All in - savings of $85k!!! And this is not even including the interest rate savings over the loan term!! While we were in our due diligence period, Jennifer had recommendations for every vendor we would need (inspectors, HVAC, roofing, etc.). A couple minor repairs came up in the inspection - and she helped negotiate an extended period for the seller's to fix it on their dime on top of everything else! Once these repairs were made, it was smooth sailing until closing day. Even closing, she went above and beyond with celebrations! We cannot thank Jennifer enough for helping us with our first real estate purchase. Highly recommend working with Jennifer!
