As a native of Indianapolis and a Chicago resident since 2012, Caitlyn McCrerey is passionate about the real estate market in the Windy City. She fell in love with the city's charm and character and knew that she had found her home.

Caitlyn graduated from Indiana University in Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate. With more than 20 years of experience in the service and sales industry, Caitlyn knows that honesty, dependability, and loyalty are keys to success in any transaction.

Caitlyn's passion for real estate started from a young age when she was involved in her parents' construction company, which purchased and remodeled properties. From cleaning to laying flooring to negotiating deals, Caitlyn had a hand in every aspect of the business. This background in entrepreneurship and real estate gave Caitlyn a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the importance of diligence and ingenuity in any real estate transaction.

Since moving to Chicago, she has called the Lakeview neighborhood on the city's north side her home. Her favorite aspect of Lakeview is the charming tree-lined streets, the friendly neighborhood feel, and the walkability of the area. In her spare time, Caitlyn loves exploring Chicago with her friends, trying new restaurants, and enjoying all that the city has to offer. On a sunny afternoon in the summer, you will likely find Caitlyn enjoying a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. She is also an animal lover and enjoys taking her dog, Rocco, to the park.
