Born and raised in the heart of Nashville, Caleb Gamblinās path to real estate was influenced early on by his motherās career in the industry during the bustling ā80s and ā90s. After earning his degree in Finance from Mississippi State University, Caleb began his career in sales before joining a Nashville builder and developer, where he gained hands-on experience in property development and construction. It was there he discovered his true calling in real estate.
Blending his financial background with a genuine passion for helping people, Caleb quickly built a reputation for delivering a seamless client experience. In just five years, he has closed over $50M in sales volume across hundreds of transactions, earning the trust of buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
In 2024, while at Parks BroadWest, Caleb co-founded Nash Native Team alongside partner Chase Smith. Following Compassās acquisition of Parks, the duo transitioned to Compass Nashville, expanding their team with the addition of former The Agency Beverly Hills agent, Michelle Knutson. Today, Nash Native Team represents over $200M in combined sales volume, offering local expertise, innovative strategy, and a client-first approach.
