Ruthie Kaminskas

As a Real Estate Professional-Associate with Compass, Ruthie Kaminskas consistently ranks in the top 20 and is responsible for record-breaking deals, including the sale of the most expensive home on Oahu in 15 years for $24.38 million. Also, within a one-year period, she reached an impressive volume of $101.9M in sales. She has been living in the beautiful neighborhood of Lanikai since the mid-'90s. Ruthie says that her involvement in the community, living abroad internationally, and her life experiences all over the world help her to relate in some way to any client she has the pleasure of working with.

So what advice does she give her clients? “I encourage them to have a sense of open-mindedness and flexibility, to focus on the location because the structure can always be changed, and to take their time.”

With deep ties to the local community, Kaminskas supports RYSE, a program serving homeless teens, Ho’ōla Nā Pua, which fights child trafficking, the Hawaii Autism Foundation, and her children’s schools.
