About Camila

Few agents can strike a balance between financial analysis, marketing sense, and the psychology of negotiation in the way that comes so naturally to Camila. Hailing from a family of artists and architects, no detail goes unnoticed. She studies the market and psychology of asset transfer intently and has perfected the art of tuning into exactly what clients look for to buy, sell, or lease real property—immaculately tailoring her service-driven approach to their comfort, while navigating and strategizing in their best interest until the deal is closed.

The daughter of an architect and a builder, Camila’s always been fascinated with design and real estate. She emigrated from Cuba to Miami in 1993, and assisted her parents with residential acquisition, renovation, and resale—even helping her dad carpenter kitchen cabinetry by hand!

She currently resides in the bird sanctuary and archeologically significant El Portal—once the headquarters for the indigenous Tequesta tribe—while having spent her adolescence and early adulthood living everywhere from Southwest Miami and Coconut Grove, to Downtown, Edgewater, and Miami Beach. She knows Miami’s neighborhoods intimately, having lived through their transformations over the course of decades. An avid foodie and down-to-earth naturalist, she has insight on the city’s best independent restaurants, farmer’s markets, wine shops, and parks.

Camila devoted herself to the hospitality industry for the past 12 years where she competed in and won regional and national barista championships and received national accolades for her detail-oriented hospitality and unrelenting commitment to quality. She founded one of Miami’s most beloved independent restaurants, ALL DAY, which has received national and international recognition and awards for excellence and integrity by Vogue, New York Times, Eater National, Crema Germany, and Coffee Break Japan, to name a few. She directs the company’s successful and authentic marketing program, a testament to Camila’s innate grasp of Miami’s diverse community.

Having studied microbiology, marketing, and mathematics at the University of Florida, Camila has an affinity for data, which her numbers-driven clients greatly appreciate. While she loves studying market trends and figures, her superpower is being able to intuitively connect with the aspirations of both sellers and buyers. She intrinsically understands how to make win-win situations out of negotiations. Camila has an unwavering commitment to excellence, a value she has carried close to her heart for her entire life.
