About Candi

I’m Candi Evett Miles, a Strategic Coastal Advisor with Compass 30A serving Panama City Beach and Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Throughout my real estate career, I’ve guided the successful sale and purchase of more than 125 homes, helping sellers, buyers, second-home owners, military families, and coastal property owners navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence.

Drawing from more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, leadership, and client experience, I believe people deserve more than transactions. They deserve a thoughtful strategy, proactive communication, and a trusted advisor who helps them understand their options and move forward with confidence.

Serving military families is especially meaningful to me. Growing up in a military family with ties to Tyndall Air Force Base, I understand the realities of PCS timelines, long-distance decisions, and the importance of having a reliable advocate throughout the process.

I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations and remain actively involved in leadership within the real estate profession. Through Women’s Council of REALTORS®, I have served at both the local and state levels, including as Florida District Vice President and President of the Central Panhandle Network.

Prior to real estate, I built my career with The Ritz-Carlton and within the meetings and hospitality industries, experiences that continue to shape the hospitality-driven approach I bring to every client relationship today.
