She prides herself on going the extra mile for every project she is involved with, from hand delivering important papers to late-night phone calls with her clients to help them realize their real estate dreams.

Born in New York, Candia was lucky to live and work in France for several years throughout a 10 year period. She has now embarked on a new adventure with her husband of more than 30 years in a recent move to Brooklyn.
