Candia Herman

Candia Herman’s clients describe her as smart, solution-oriented, prescient, respectful, and having a good sense of humor. These qualities have shaped Candia’s success throughout her 20+ year career in the magazine industry, her days of importing fine French liquors, her time on the French Desk at Warburg- Barnes, and now in her current position with Compass.

Candia loves listening to her customer’s desires, and finding a real solution on their timetable. She prides herself on going the extra mile for every project she is involved with, from hand delivering important papers to late-night phone calls with her clients to help them realize their real estate dreams.

Born in New York, Candia was lucky to live and work in France for several years throughout a 10 year period. She has now embarked on a new adventure with her husband of more than 30 years in a recent move to Brooklyn.
