"Candice is truly best realtor you could ask for, especially in and around West Seattle! I came to her with my mom looking for a condo that would be just for her. From day one Candice took charge of our condo search and owned the process from start to finish. We spent about one year looking with a very specific wish list, and she continuously sent us listings by email. We looked at a few places in-person and on the 3rd try we found our dream condo on Alki Beach! It had everything we wanted including 2 beds, 2 baths, bamboo floors, panoramic views, gas stove and fireplace, and good size deck.
