Cantey Ferchill

Cantey prides himself on helping clients find premium properties all over the Metroplex area. He spent nearly 10 years as an oil and gas landman working many different plays all over the United States. This is where he gained valuable experiences and knowledge in many various parts of the oil and gas industry. Working as a landman aided Cantey to explore his passion and interest in real estate. This calling led him to become a licensed agent and start a new chapter in his life.

His knowledge and expertise of the market and the industry help aid his clients through the transaction process and he brings a keen eye and knowledge of what to look for in properties. He is exceptionally client-focused and provides a roadmap to help his clients work through any transaction hurdles.

Cantey Ferchill has strong roots in the Fort Worth community. His family has called Fort Worth home for 5 generations. Cantey attended All Saints Episcopal School where he graduated in 2001 and then moved to Louisiana to continue his education attending Louisiana State University. Cantey graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. He is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and is a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

Cantey has cruised the Mediterranean Sea and spent a memorable time in Paris. His favorite North Texas neighborhood is River Crest. He enjoys spending weekends at his ranch in Palo Pinto County. The area features rolling hills with abundant Texas wildlife.
