About Cara
Cara Shea Kohler has been a licensed agent, and consistent top producer, since 2001, specializing in Baltimoreā€™s premier neighborhoods including Roland Park, Guilford, Homeland, Mount Washington, Ruxton and the Falls Road corridor. She has earned a Graduate, REALTORĀ® Institute (GRI) designation, offering her clients in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. She is a dedicated professional, committed to providing a superior level of service and market knowledge, who understands and shares her knowledge in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Kohler worked in human resources in New York City and Portland, Oregon. Moving to Baltimore in 1997 from Darien, Connecticut, Kohler settled in Homeland for her first residence and well remembers the challenges of assimilating into a new community. She and her family have been residents of Roland Park since 1999.
