As a San Diego native and the daughter of a custom home builder and property manager, Cara grew up in the world of real estate and knew from a very young age that her future would be in coastal residential sales. With this dream in mind, she received her bachelor's degree from San Diego State University’s Business Real Estate program and excelled in specialized courses including negotiation, valuation and interior design. It was through her mentorship program at SDSU that she met her now business partner, Susan Meyers-Pyke. Now having been licensed for 13 years, Cara has experience in both single family and multi-family transactions and her love for the business shines through in her work as she ensures that her clients are her number one priority.
With an average volume of $50M in sales per year, Susan and Cara continue to offer their clients top notch communication and service with a multi-generational approach.
