"I phoned Carl Frampton out of the blue several years ago from an internet site as I looked for a potential new home in retirement years. I was calling from Pittsburgh where my lifelong career had transpired at Pitt, but my real attraction to coastal Delaware harks back to my homeland in north Florida and my deep affection for all the natural settings and plants and wildlife there. It is extraordinary to me: Delaware harbors the last vestige of the north Florida ecological zone as it extends in a narrow band northward along the Atlantic coast, and its trees, woods, wetlands, and coastlines felt just like my southern stomping grounds. When I visited Delaware on a scouting mission those several years ago, my actual odds of moving to that location were very remote, yet Carl spent much of his day showing me not only real estate listings but the remarkable historical, environmental, social, and coastal assets all around. My Pittsburgh home sold quickly, and I was suddenly forced under a firm closing date deadline to leave my Pittsbugh home with no place to go. I was impatient and easily persuaded by option after option, and yet Carl counseled me to hold back when necessary as I reacted. He could have made a sale much sooner. Most important, Carl knew many of the listing agents and how to approach particular situations. When listings of great appeal arose, I felt I could not have been in better hands. The ultimate condominium that I selected is truly exceptional, and thanks to Carl, I learned about it and arranged a visit within hours of its appearance on the market. The coincidence of favorable events was extraordinary. It was obvious to me that without Carl I would never have obtained it. I am very happy, and I am immensely grateful to Carl. The skill and dedication that he devoted to my siuation has advanced my life immeasurably. "
