About Carla

Carla has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. During that time, she has worked in new construction, property management, and as a Closing Manager. She also has a BA in Communication Studies / Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) and is a Notary Public. Focused on earning client trust with abundant good humor, she is unmatched at forging long-term relationships that will always bring a smile wherever she goes.

Kind, smart, and funny, Carla Belanger has made a habit of making the impossible possible. Known as “the Communication Queen,” she is responsible for coordinating all client needs, even when they are out of the ordinary. From finding help with temporary housing or planning inspections, she is available to assist. She is always happy and ready to explain purchase and sales agreements and return phone calls, texts, or emails very quickly and with detail. To her, no transaction is a one-and-done deal; instead, she is focused on success. “There is nothing more satisfying than helping people find their dream home, whether it be a rental home or a purchase,” says Carla. She is also responsible for our amazing family-friendly client events!!!

Prior to real estate, Carla helped operate her family’s very successful Italian restaurant business, which she began doing as a teenager.

Living in Raleigh, she can truly call this her home since she was born and raised here! “I love being in a city where the country isn’t too far away; neither are the beaches or the mountains.” Carla also loves the area because it hosts some of the best schools and hospitals in the country. Her husband, Jay, works for the Town of Cary and they have three children; a son that enjoys Taekwondo, a daughter that loves swimming, and another daughter that “loves going to work with mommy.” Walking and reading are Carla’s favorite ways to relax, and spending time with her family means the world to her. As a way to give back to her community, Carla is a volunteer at her children’s school and supports several other charities. She also participates in the “Compass Cares” program, which supports meaningful causes in our local community.
