"Carla Brandoff was my buyers agent for my first home and she was fantastic. I used a lot of grants from the city, which made closing complicated. Carla is a great advocate and was very helpful during this process because she was so organized. We worked with five different programs so there were many moving parts but we succeeded in fulfilling all of the grant requirements, which made my house significantly more affordable. Because of my price range, I was looking at mostly fixer-uppers, which made the search a little harrowing sometimes. One time we walked into a house with significant damage, went to turn on the entry way light and it exploded- so Carla was a really great sport haha. She helped me figure out what was too difficult of a project and what just needed a little elbow grease.
