I'm Carla Lane, a Piney Creek resident and Denver metro real estate agent with six years of experience guiding buyers and sellers through one of the biggest decisions they'll make. Before real estate, I built a career in education and athletics, which taught me how to coach people through pressure, not just past it — and that shows up in how I work today: a clear plan, sharp negotiation, and a system of steady communication so you're never left guessing where things stand. I believe good advice is honest even when it's not what you want to hear, and that the best outcomes come from a guide who's paying close attention, not just showing up for the closing.

Outside of work, I coach a U14 travel team for the Colorado Bears field hockey club and recently competed on the U.S. over-50 women's team at the Masters Field Hockey World Cup in the Netherlands. When I'm not on the field, you'll likely find me running through Cherry Creek State Park, cooking a fabulous dinner for my family, reading a book, or stitching together an embroidery project.
