Growing up in South Florida, Carling knows the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and rapid growth of the area firsthand. She played tennis throughout her youth and at UCLA, where she earned a degree in Anthropology. After college, she coached women's tennis at the University of California, Santa Barbara before moving to Toronto, where she gained professional experience in university fundraising and event planning. These roles sharpened her communication skills, organizational abilities, and talent for guiding people through complex processes—qualities she now brings to real estate.
Her life in sports, along with her husband’s professional soccer career, gave her the opportunity to live and travel around the world. Those experiences provided her with firsthand insight into relocation and the challenges of finding the right home—making her an invaluable resource for clients moving to, from, or within South Florida.
