Vincent Carlos Gray is a fourth generation Washingtonian, whose multifaceted professional career in real estate has contributed to his evolution as a leader in the industry. Mr. Gray’s experience spans roles overseeing sprawling mixed-income community redevelopments, renovating luxury single-family homes, and managing the sales/leasing process of numerous residential housing product types. Mr. Gray’s depth of knowledge of the full real estate development lifecycle provides an advantage to his clients who are driven by the balance of architectural design aesthetics, superior engineering, high-quality construction, and the ability to seamlessly close deals. Throughout his career, Mr. Gray has worked on approximately $482,000,000 in real estate transactions.

Having lived in various neighborhoods throughout the District of Columbia, including historic Shaw and historic LeDroit Park, which are located in the city’s Northwest quadrant, Mr. Gray now resides in Bethesda, Maryland, a suburb of the nation’s capital.
