About Carlos
Carlos Pastrana has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and is passionate about the San Diego market. He has a reputation for getting deals done and pulling through for his clients, both domestically and internationally. He has solid experience in the luxury real estate market on both sides of the border. Carlos has worked with a wide variety of clients, from high-end clientele to veterans, savvy investors, including buyers in both the United States and Mexico. The art of negotiation is his specialty.

Throughout his years in the industry, Carlos has reached several top-achieving goals, including Employee of the Year, Salesman of the Year, Top 1% of the Company and others. He isn't just about business, though. As an active member of the San Diego urban community, Carlos avidly supports various charities, such as MANA,  the MARYAH Fundraiser, and Movember.
