Carlotta Morris embarked on her real estate journey in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, where she honed her skills by selling raw land and ranches. her passion for real estate, which she describes as “finding a needle in a haystack,” quickly became apparent. In the early ‘90s, Carlotta moved to The Woodlands, and within just a week of settling in, she joined Life Form Homes, channeling her enthusiasm and expertise into selling new homes.

Carlotta is captivated by the real estate industry, which she loves for its core aspect of helping clients achieve their dreams. Her proficiency in matching people with their perfect properties has been her hallmark. She finds immense joy in navigating the challenges of real estate to create magic for her clients.
